Terms and Conditions for Bookings

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation with us. By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Times:

   – Our last booking of the day starts at 10:00  PM ends at 11:55 PM

  – All guests must vacate the premises no later closing time.

2. Reservation Duration:

  – The duration of each regular booking slot is 1 hour and 55 minutes.

3. Reservation Policy:

  – Reservations can be made in advance through our designated booking channels.

  – All reservations are subject to confirmation and availability.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  – If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

  – Cancellations must be made within 21 working days of the booking date   

– For reservations during the period of September to December, cancellations must made within 28 working days of the booking date

5. Late Arrivals:

  – Please arrive promptly for your reservation.

  – If you are running late, kindly inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your reservation if you arrive significantly late.

6. Behaviour and Conduct:

  – We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during their visit.

  – Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to ask individuals or groups to leave the premises without a refund.

7. Alcohol Policy:

  – We comply with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations.

  – Guests under the legal drinking age will not be served alcohol.

8. Damage and Liability:

  – Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or its contents.

  – We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages incurred.

9. Safety and Security:

  – We prioritise the safety and security of all our guests.

  – In case of emergency or evacuation, please follow staff instructions.

10. Privacy and Data Collection:

  – We collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  – By making a reservation, you consent to our privacy policy.

11. Changes to Reservations:

  – We reserve the right to make changes to reservations in unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.

By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for updates before making a reservation.
